working life...Hey, long long time since i last updated.
Life now seems the same everyday- waking up early in the morning, cycle to causeway, wait for syafiq(asshole always late), ride train(which is always damn packed), take bus to Singtel.
No doubt that my current job is better than my previous ones, but the traveling can really makes me sick. for people who still doesn't know what i am working as, im a call operator from the hotline 1626, where people ask questions about mobile plans, discounts, changing plans, recontact, and funny stuffs. This line is really hot, seriously.

Me : ok, mdm, so you want to enjoy discount like?
Auntie : Im wondering if can i dont pay for the Sim card and registration fee if i sign up a new plan with singtel?
Me : Im very sorry but we cant do that mdm
Auntie : what do u mean by you cant do that?

Me : Erm sir, i believe that you cannot use the bluetooth headset to listen to radio as there's no antenna to receive FM signal.
Man : then why did singtel free me something which is almost useless as it can only answer calls?
Me : Sir, i believe that you can still use it to play MP3 music.
Man : i went into the media player and nothing can be played!
