Woodland VS DalianNothing much today, everyday seems like that same.
Meeting up friends in Causeway, hanging out...
Then, Went to Woodland Stadium to catch a S-League, my very first live S-League match. The match is between Woodland and the newly joined team Dalian from China, who produce the likes of Dong Fang Zhou(currently Manchester United) and Sun Ji Hai(currently Manchester City).
The match finished off at 1-0, Woodland winning the match. The match is quite a enjoyable match, with 1 goal, 3 serious injuries(1 woodland,2 dalian) and 2 red cards(one each).
And finally damn it, i lost $10 bucks thanks to the match - $5 for the ticket, another $5 for the betting.
BUSY MONDAY
(MONDAY 25th Feb)Well, already finished the registration for NAFA, now i have to wait till 22nd of march for a art test. After a trip down to NAFA personally, being naive, thinking that it would be like a poly, im quite disappointed... But there's still hope, im still going to do the RP Direct Admission thing. So hopefully RP will take me in, if not, i'll have NAFA as my backup.
After the registration, Kayong and i went walking around in Bugis Junction. Ok i admit, it's kind of gay for 2 guys to go shopping, but we dont have a choice u see. Kayong have to finish his ITE administration stuff(Dover), and i have to go down to NAFA to pay the registration fee(Bugis). Kayong bought quite a few cloths, spending over $200 plus, while i didnt buy anything at all. We hanged around there for a couple of hours before going down to Summerset helping my brother to deal some 1/6 guns models from some rich guy who lives in town area, and fat, and nerdy, and... opps, am i going into too much details?
Then we ate and we went home.
soccer match with The Sunday Boys in YishunJust woken up cause my stupid left eye was so itchy.
Earlier the day, our team played a match against the team "The Sunday Boys" in Yishun. Well, we lost the game 4-2, but i must say the center back, goalkeeper, and the left back of the opponent are sore losers.
I was introduced as a 2nd half substitution, playing as a striker. After a successful sliding tackel against the left back, he questioned my tackle, and insisted for a free kick. I didn't give a damn and insisted it's our corner, and my sliding tackle is a good and fair challenge(as i got the ball). So, the right back and left back were not very keen about it. when the corner was taken, the left back make use of the chaotic situation and whacked me in the back.
I looked at him and said that he's a loser. Unsurprisingly, he said "Not happy fight la?!" My friends and he's friends then pulled us away telling us to cool down.
Well, soon enough, the second drama happened. I scored the 1st goal for my team, but the Sunday Boys tried to deny the goal, claiming that i kicked the goalkeeper in the face.
Whatever la hor, they made everyone thinks that im a dirty player... 3 assholes. Were what they all did even necessary while they are leading in the match?
And oh ya, the match could have been a draw as there should be a penalty given to us after they slided Jowell from the back in the box (bad challenge), and (yet again) denied another goal, scored by Kim Lai.
I'm fucked.
Huh? Say again, what day isit?No job, no school, just like a lost soul everyday without knowing what's lying ahead in life. Im too bored staying at home. "GO CHANGE THE HAMSTER CAGE LA SO SMELLY", Yelled my grandma. Few minutes later, she said the same thing again. God dammit, didn't i already said i will change later? Sometimes they just loves to repeat so much despite after telling them that you did already acknowledge it. When you got tired and choose not to answer/reply something which you already did, they will ask you yet another question, which is "You deaf or mute isit, why no reply?"
Supposed to have soccer yesterday, but watched a movie instead. Dont watch the "Ah Long" show unless you are really convince that it will be a good show. To me the plot of the story is shit, alright alright, maybe acceptable. Some jokes are really poor, I really dont understand why people are laughing at them on few occasions. Maybe they wanna force themselves to think that their money is worth it, or simply maybe Mark Lee & Fann Wong looks funny. For example, Mark Lee speaks like Ah Gua, and everyone burst out laughing. Hey come on, he speaks this way through out the entire movie, what's so special about this particular sentence that makes it so funny? But to be fair, some parts are really funny la, just that i think Jack Neo's standard dropped, compared with his other movies. This is definitely the worse among his movies. Maybe he ran out of ideas already. Or perhaps this movie is overrated, causing me to have a high expectation for it.
Rating: 5/10Watched Kung Fu Dunk the day before too. Not bad(not because im a fan of Jay Chou). The things to complaint is that that stupid way to win the competition(by reversing the time), and the "Kung Fu" basketball part(jay chou's shi fus assisting him). Come on, it's like a disgrace to the sport. What's up with using needles to shoot at players, flying from half the court to slam dunk in a "kung fu" way? I'll feel ashamed if i laugh at it, cause im laughing at low class stuffs. It's ok to be ridicules, but make it "ridiculously" sensible can? That part just reminds me of Shao Ling Soccer which i've watched a couple of days ago on television, especially that part where the whole entire opposition team standing in front of the goalpost, ramming the ball continuously at the goalkeeper. Overall, Kung Fu Dunk is still quite a good show. It would be great without the negative stuffs i've mentioned above.
Rating 7.5/10
so i guess it's time for me to go chnage the hamster cage liao, thanks for reading, bye bye.
CNY REVIEWCNY is fun, when u and your friends go visiting, instead of u and your family go visiting.
On the 1st day of cny, of course, the usual routine - visit my grandma's place, followed by some other relatives place (depends). At night, my friends and i went over to Desmond's house to gamble. Well, usually gambling isn't my cup of tea, but since it's New Year, might as well join in the fun than sitting around. I top up my wallet with all the $2 notes from the Ang pows i received ( about $40?). We played "In Between". It doesn't took me long to get addicted as you can easily win lots of money, and vise-versa. It's fun to see really how suay your friend is, but not-so fun to see how suay yourself is. Marcus is the suay one that day as he almost lose $80. Lucky for him, he earned them back in the end. After gambling(about 2A.M), we sat around, watching tv before some drama happen. Choonmin and Alvin broke the sofa. Desmond was like "oh shit" as he wasn't supposed to bring his friend home when his parents are in Malaysia doing visiting. The 2 dudes who broke the sofa went around looking for nails to fix the sofa. I suggested them to follow me home to get some nails, and at the same time, accompany me home as it's kind of creepy out there ;)
The 2nd day, we were supposed to go over to my auntie's house, but we didn't cause all of us overslept( I woke up only at about 4P.M.). Watch Huo Yuan Jia, followed by Shaoling Soccer before over over to Vivien's house(to gamble again).
3rd day, went to Alene's house with Syafiq to do visiting. Also, ended up gambling yet again. After that, my usual gang came over to my house to watch tv, gamble and play xbox till midnight.
That's what i did over the new year,
and i lost $40.
So, dont gamble, sure lose one.
